Common questions.

How long does setup take?
We usually have a working demo on your own website content within a day. You try it before you pay anything. Once you are happy, we put it live on your site ourselves, which takes about ten minutes.
Will it make things up about my business?
No. It only answers from what you have given us: your website pages, any PDFs or price lists you send, and notes you want it to know. If it doesn't know something it says so and asks for the visitor's details instead of guessing.
Does it work with our website?
Yes. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or a hand-built site. We install it for you, so you do not need a developer and nobody on your team needs to touch any code.
Who keeps it up to date?
We do, and it is included. When your prices, menus or services change, email us and we update it. There is no limit on how often and no extra charge.
How does pricing work?
A one-off £250 setup fee covers building it, training it on your business and installing it on your site. After that it's £99 a month on Standard or £199 on Plus. Billed by invoice, VAT excluded. No per-message charges and nothing to top up.
What happens if we go over the conversation limit?
Nothing breaks. The allowances are generous on purpose and most sites use a fraction of them. If you are consistently above your plan we will talk to you about moving up, not send you a surprise bill.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
The published plans are for UK businesses. We do work elsewhere, so email us and we will quote you directly.
What if a visitor needs a real person?
It is built to hand over. When a question goes beyond what it has been told, it emails your team the whole conversation so someone can pick it up, and it tells the visitor a person will be in touch.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Conversations and enquiry data are stored on a private database instance and never used to train any model. If you leave, we delete your assistant and everything it knows, and we confirm when it is done.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. 30 days' notice, no tie-in and no cancellation fee. We take it off your site and delete the data if you ask us to. The setup fee is not refundable, as the work is already done by then.
